ARKADIY YAKHNIS

He graduated from Mogilev Machine Building Institute as a mechanical engineer and worked for around 10 years at an automotive plant.
From 1987 to 1989 he studied at the Moscow High Courses for Scriptwriters and Film Directors. He received a diploma of a Screenwriter.

He directed his movies in Germany and Ukraine ("Shoes From America”, ZDF/arte), Russia (“Horror Which Is Always With You”),  Moldova (“Farewell”), Belarus (“Doorman”)
