Shanet is a 510(c)(3) nonprofit corporation founded in 2015 in Glenview, Illinois, USA by Yulia Patent. Shanet aims to edify youth and adults through art, cultural dialogue, and education. For adults, it holds painting exhibitions, musical concerts, poetry readings, and health-related seminars. For young people, the Shanet Club encourages natural curiosity and wholesome friendships. Children are able to learn in a way that goes beyond just being able to provide acceptable answers on tests.
